Dear Mr. Dragovich:
In response to your request dated September 26, 2003 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following :
. Placement of four (4) 24" exterior round tables with two (2)
matching exterior chairs per table on the sidewalk directly in
front of the storefront location (as depicted on the attached
drawing) .
. Modification of the existing storefront from a single door to a
double (side-by-side) door (as depicted on the attached
drawing) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 09/26/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions:
1. No more than two (2) chairs may be placed at the outdoor tables and
their placement shall be exactly as shown on the attached drawing,
so as not to impede pedestrian traffic.
2. The outdoor table locations shall be exactly as shown on the
attached drawing, and a minimum 48-inch aisle shall be maintained
to facilitate pedestrian traffic.
3. The outdoor tables and chairs shall be stored inside the store at
the close of business each day.

4. The outdoor tables and chairs must be maintained in good repair.
5. The sidewalk area utilized for the outdoor seating must be policed
several times during the hours of operation to ensure cleanliness
and thoroughly cleaned daily.
6. The proposed new storefront doors shall match the color of the
other existing storefronts to ensure continued compatibility of the
entire shopping center.

Dear Mr. Rumpf:
Please accept this letter as our request to make the following changes to the above referenced store
location:
. Place four (4) 24" exterior round tables along with two (2) matching exterior chairs per table on
the sidewalk directly in front of the storefront location. Please see the proposed layout on the
attached plans.
. Modify the existing storefront from a single door to double (side-by-side) doors. This double-
size opening is required in order for the freezers to be delivered and installed. In addition, our
franchisor recommends the double doors for more convenient customer ingress and egress.
Please see the proposed storefront elevation on the attached plans.
In addition, please find enclosed:
. Four (4) copies of the proposed plans
. Check for $100 payable to the City of Boynton Beach
. Landlord letter approving exterior seating
Please notify me at your earliest convenience as to the disposition of your decision regarding this
modification.
