The modifications include the following: . Relocation of outside (egress) stairs; . Building area addition (9,143 square feet to 9,177 square feet); . Building height revision of mean roof height to 30 feet (33 feet - 4 inches at peak ofroot). This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to the following condition: 1. On the site plan (sheet SP-1 of 1), correct the zoning district designation from C-4 to C-1 zoning district. Be advised that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit. Due to changes required by Owner, in the equipment schedule, type and specifications, we had to re- design the INTERIOR of the project, with very little impact to the approved site plan and elevations. As per my discussion with Mr. Eric JOHNSON, I'm submitting for your review the revised plans, with highlights on the modified items, as follows: 1. Total (new) area: 9,177Sq.F. 2. Parking remains at 46 spaces 3. Exterior(egress) stair - relocated 4. Area for huge chillers (not req. anymore with the new equip.), on the east side transformed in interior space, integrated under the general roof 5. Balusters of ext. - egress stair replaced with metal system 6. Mean roof height increased to + 30 ' 7. Better geometry of the roof over the second floor, due to the increase in overall height. NO At TERATION have been made to set backs, parking configuration, or the colors previously approved by the City Comission.
