Dixie Highway Lantana, Florida 33462 Re: Del Mar Cleaners MMSP 03-094 Dear Mr. Janis: In response to your request dated September 30, 2003 for the administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following: . Installation of a new storefront (as depicted on the attached drawing) . . Addition of a concrete pad at the rear of the tenant storefront for a chiller unit (as depicted on the attached drawing) . Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 09/29/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following conditions: 1. The modification of the existing storefront shall match the materials and color of the original. 2. A back-up distance of 24' is maintained from the parking stalls after placement of the concrete pad for the chiller unit. 3. The aluminum canopy and fence proposed to protect the chiller unit have been deleted from consideration in this request per the applicant's wishes. . Page 2 October 9, 2003 4. Some type of screening of the mechanical equipment must occur, either through the use of wood or PVC fencing or through the use of landscaping. If landscaping is utilized, it must be irrigated. Keep in mind Condition #2 above, that a back-up distance of 24' must be maintained. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit.
