This request is for the relief from the City of Boynton Beach Land Development Regulations, Chapter 2, Zoning, Section S.A.6., requiring a minimum front yard setback of 15 feet for a warehouse building within the M-1 zoning district, to allow for a variance of 11 feet, and a front yard setback of 4 feet. The City commission approved this variance on September 2, 2003.
