Dear MS.Hancock:
In response to your request dated October 21, 2003 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Modification of approved signage from 28" ECKERD channel letters
to 35", resulting in an increase in sign square footage from' 30
square feet to 49.83 square feet (as depicted on the attached
drawing) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 10/22/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions:
1. The only signage on the building will consist of two (2) ECKERD
signs as described above.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
