Box 310 Boynton Beach, FL 33425-0310 JV4 2 2 axl4 Re: Boynton Beach Fire Station #2 - #PTC03-264 Dear Mr. Stump: The purpose of this letter is to provide a traffic statement for the above referenced project to determine if the proposed development meets the requirements of Article 15, Traffic Performance Standards, of the Palm Beach County Unified Land Development Code (ULDC). The proposed site is located in the southwest quadrant of SW 18th Avenue and US 1 in the City of Boynton Beach. It is proposed to develop a fire station on this site. Attachment 1 provides the daily, AM and PM peak hour trip generation for the proposed project. Based on the daily and peak hour trip generation of 107 and 12 trips, respectively, the Test 1 and Test 2 radii of development influence is the project accessed link. The maximum percent impact on the project accessed link of Woolbright Road is 0.20% as shown on Attachment 2. The project impact is below 1 % of the adopted LOS D service volume, therefore the requirements of Test 1 are met. This project accessed link of Woolbright Road is not a Test 2 deficiency, therefore the requirements of Test 2 are met and the proposed project is in compliance with the Countywide Traffic Performance Standards. Driveway volumes are provided on Attachment 3. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office. Siner' 1 %11-:: ~;~~ A area M.
