The property is in the C-1 zoning district and was occupied last by the law firm of Steven Goldfarb. My wife and I recently purchased the property and would like to add parking to bring the property in line with current parking requirements for the professional or medical office use that is predominant in this area. The site currently provides 5 on site parking spaces. Weare proposing to increase the number to 12 including 1 handicapped accessible space.
