In response to your request dated April 27, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:

Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 4/27/05 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

no obvious errors or problems with the drainage as proposed.

Dear Mr. Rumpf,
Attached is a proposed site plan revision for the property at 2206 S. Seacrest, Boynton
Beach, Florida along with a check for $100 for the application fee. The property is in the
C-1 zoning district and was occupied last by the law firm of Steven Goldfarb.
My wife and I recently purchased the property and would like to add parking to bring the
property in line with current parking requirements for the professional or medical office
use that is predominant in this area.
The site currently provides 5 on site parking spaces. Weare proposing to increase the
number to 12 including 1 handicapped accessible space.
Included are 4 signed and sealed architectural site plans, 4 signed and sealed civil
drainage plans and 4 signed and sealed surveys.
I have had a preliminary meeting to review site sketches with Ed Breese and Laurinda
Logan that resulted in the attached plan.
