In response to your request for the administrative review and approval ofthe modification proposed to the
above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the changes as shown on the revised plans
date stamped 08/07/03 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site
Plan Review. The following changes to the plan are approved as follows:
· Installation of Aluminum fencing along the North side of the swimming pool in the recreation area.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to the
following conditions:
1. Ifthe scope ofthe project demands removal of plant material then the new plant material is subject to
review and approval ofthe City Forester / Environmentalist;
2. The fence material should be compatible with the existing fence around the swimming pool.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact me

I am requesting a minor modification for Lawrence Groves to add onto an existing
fence. The purpose of the extension is to keep children from playing on the rocks near
the lake, behind the pool. This is for a safety precaution to help assure that no one will
be injured.
