In response to your request dated May 28, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:

Please be advised that the Lawrence Lake Estates Homeowners Association has entered into a
contract for the installation of a commercial grade chain link fence on portions of the perimeter
of our planned development. The fence will be installed along the south property line of our
common area from the entrance gate on to the east property line and then along the east prop-
erty line to the Lake Worth Drainage District canal. The fence will be vinyl coated and black in
color. It is being installed to minimize pedestrian trespassing, primarily from Gateway Club
Apartments. Boynton Beach Police records will support our concerns about recent increases in
vandalism in our neighborhood.
We have awarded our fence contract to Fritz Massie Fence. Fritz Massie Fence will serve as our
authorized agent and they are required by their contract with our HOA to apply for, and admin-
ister permits, from both the City of Boynton Beach and the Lake Worth Drainage District.
Therefore, we are hopeful that you will favorably consider their permit application and allow us
to expedite the fence construction.
I also understand that the Building Department is requesting a current list of the Board of
Directors of the Lawrence Lake Estates Homeowners Association. Therefore, by copy of this
letter to Lynn Hayes, I am providing the information as follows:
