Dear Mr. Becker:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of modifications proposed
to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the proposed 380 square-
foot building addition for restrooms as shown on the revised plans date stamped 02/27/01 is
"minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application
subject to the condition that the exterior walls ofthe proposed building addition are to be painted
to match the color of the existing building. Be advised that the proposed change may require a
