In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the proposed service window
addition as shown on the revised plans date stamped 10/02/02 is "minor", as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be
advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact

mentioned approved site plan and architectural (South) elevation plan. Our office would like to
modify these plans by adding a pay window, ahead of the pick-up window, along the south wall
for a total of two "Point of Service" windows.
