Dear Ms. Heimlich:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to the
above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the dumpster enclosure proposed on the
revised plans date stamped 02/14/03 is "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations,
Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to the
following conditions:
The enclosure must be rotated approximately 20 degrees to the north to allow the garbage trucks straight-in
access to the dumpster; and
The enclosure shall be constructed in accordance with City Standard Drawing A-88007.
Be advised that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact me

Dear Mr. Rumpf:
This letter is a request to build a garbage enclosure adjacent to the back of our shopping
center behind Bay #1. We have a national restaurant franchise who is leasing 4,000 sqft,
Bay #1 in our center which was formerly Mattress Discount. Please see the attached site
plan and marked in red you'll find the 4,000 sqft. Behind the space are two red lines
drawn in to show you the area we are looking to install the enclosure.
Last week I met Mark Lips from the Public Works department along with my general
contractor to find a location for an additional enclosure. Mark suggested the area
pinpointed on the site plan. Shortly after the meeting I went to The City of Boynton
Beach Building department along with my G.c. and met with Ken Hall from the
Engineering department. He reviewed the plan with us and then referred us to you for
approval.
Per my conversation with Mr. Hall I am requesting an acknowledgement of a minor
modification at our center for the enclosure.
