Request for Approval for Revision to Parking Area
Mr. Rumpf,
The following are itemized descriptions of requested revision items to the Parking
Area for the above mentioned project. I have attached a copy of the revised building Site
Plane for your reference.
1. Elimination of two (2) parking spaces at "Northwest Parking Area" to increase
landscape area and provide buffer area from parking lot adjacent to building.
A. Required Parking Calculation based on (1) car per 200 square feet of building area
5,049 square foot building / 200 = (26) cars required
(36) cars shown original plan
(34) cars provided after revision
Note: Revised site plan provides for a surplus of (8) parking spaces
