for Conditional Use approval.

to the plat recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 102, as recorded in the public
records of Palm Beach County, Florida; said land situate, lying and being in
Palm Beach County, Florida.
Proposed Use: 48 Bed Adult Living Facility (1 Story Building)
PUBLIC HEARINGS TO CONSIDER THE REQUEST ARE SCHEDULED BEFORE THE PLANNING AND
DEVELOPMENT BOARD ON TUESDAY JULY 24,2001, AND THE CITY COMMISSION ON TUESDAY
AUGUST 7, 2001, AT THE CITY HALL COMMISSION CHAMBERS, 100 E. BOYNTON BEACH
