Dear Ms. St Coeur:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modifications
proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the proposed
changes regarding the handicapped parking spaces as shown on the revised plans date stamped
03/21/01 is "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan
Review. The proposed changes are required to bring the site into compliance with current ADA
regulations.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application
subject to the condition that the width of all regular parking spaces is nine (9) feet, in
conformance with city drawing B-900 12. Be advised that the proposed change may require a
