It is proposed to develop a 14,405 SF church on the south side of Boynton Beach Boulevard west of Old Boynton Road in the City of Boynton Beach. Attachment 1 provides the daily, AM and PM peak hour trip generation for the proposed project. Based on the daily and peak hour trip generation of 131 and 10 trips, respectively, the Test 1 and Test 2 radii of development are both the project accessed link. The percent impact on the project accessed link of Boynton Beach Boulevard is 0.01 % as shown on Attachment 2. The project impact is below 1% of the adopted LOS D service volume, therefore the requirements of Test 1 are met. The project accessed link of Boynton Beach Boulevard is not a Test 2 deficiency, therefore the requirements of Test 2 are met and the proposed project is in compliance with the Countywide Traffic Performance Standards. Attachment 3 provides the proposed AM and PM peak hour driveway volumes. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office. '{ 7/:--; ~Jlr:) ~ry-T Adrea M. Troutman P.E.
