This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to the following condition: 1. The landscaping (as shown on sheet "LA-I") must be consistent with the landscape material approved in MMSP 02-033 2. All four (4) sides of the shed must be painted to match the color of the principle church building. Be advised that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit. We request that the church be given permission to convert and existing racquetball court to a storage building by adding 1 wall and a roof to the existing masonry structure. please note that the finish colors of the storage building exterior and roof will match those previously approved for the church.
