Dear Mr. Serraes:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the proposed conversion of the
racquetball court to a storage shed as shown on the revised plans date stamped 09/10/02 is "minor", as
defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to
the following condition:
1. The landscaping (as shown on sheet "LA-I") must be consistent with the landscape material
approved in MMSP 02-033
2. All four (4) sides of the shed must be painted to match the color of the principle church
building.
Be advised that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact

RE: Minor Site plan Modification - St. Mark's
Last month the Church was granted approval for the modifications to the main
Church building.
Enclosed is 4 sets of documents for the minor site plan modification for St. Mark's
Church. We request that the church be given permission to convert and existing
racquetball court to a storage building by adding 1 wall and a roof to the existing
masonry structure.
please note that the finish colors of the storage building exterior and roof will
match those previously approved for the church. Also the site design and criteria
attached is the previously approved site plan for the Church building.
