Dear Mr. Walter:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the
modifications proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed
that the proposed relocation of the monument sign and the shifting of the laurel oak tree
with the viburnum hedge as shown on the revised plans date stamped 09/12/01 are
"minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan
Review. Of course, all improvements placed in easements must be approved by the
respective authority/agency.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit

Dear Mike:
Pursuant to the attached City "Plan Review Comments", please accept this letter
as a request for a Minor Modification to the current Rectified Site Plan and
Landscape Plan for the proposed Stor All located at the southeast corner of Old
Boynton Road and Knuth Road. Specifically, the modification pertains to the
following items:
1. The current approved monument sign is located on the east side of the
Old Boynton Road driveway, however, a conflict with two back flow
preventers exists. Therefore, the applicant is proposing to relocate the
monument sign to the west side of the driveway. (see attached Site Plan
dated revised 9-1 0-01 )
2. As a result of relocating the monument sign, a proposed laurel oak tree
and the viburnum hedge have been shifted to the south to allow space for
the sign. (see attached landscape plan dated revised 9-10-01)
For your reference, I have enclosed four (4) copies of the amended site plan and
landscape plan together with copies of the approved site and landscape plan for
your review. Please feel free to call either Marcie Tinsley or myself if you have
any questions or require further information.
