Dear Mr. Rossi:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of modifications proposed to the
above-referenced, approved site plan/plat, please be informed that the proposed change to allow a hard
roof enclosure on the existing patios for all units as shown on the floor plan and plat date stamped
01/12/01 is "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised
that the proposed hard roof enclosures must meet all requirements of the Standard Building Code,

The Board of Directors of Wellesley at Boynton Beach HOA, Inc., do hereby apply for a minor
site plan modification for approval for owners to install screen enclosures and hard top
enclosures over patios. There have been over 50 applications that have been approved over the
past 11 years that Wellesley has existed prior to this application. There are 288 units in the sub-
division.
Enclosed is the site plan for the development and check $100.00 (one hundred dollars), for the
application fee.
Thank you, for your prompt attention to this matter. We have several owners who are waiting
for their permits to be approved.
