It also demonstrates that the sign is not being moved from its existing location, but merely
increased in height.

This letter is being written to clarify several issues relating to the November 26,2003 fax sent
to our offices regarding the TRC comments for the Krispy Kreme sign application. Ms. Michelle
Hoyland of our offices spoke with Eric Johnson, Senior Planner with the City of Boynton Beach
regarding the TRC comments forwarded to us. Mr. Johnson indicated that of the four (4) items
outlined on the cover sheet of the fax, Item Nos. 1, 2 and 4 are not applicable to this Project and it
is my understanding that we should respond to Item No. 3 only. Please see the enclosure.
Additionally, pursuant to our conversation, I am of the understanding thata TRC Review Meeting will
not be necessary for this application.
We '11 work with the various departments who have made any technical comments which
apply to thi Project to ensure that all issues are addressed. Should you need to discuss this matter
