The Palm Beach County School District has reviewed the request for a Letter of No Impact
on the above referenced project for 300 multi-family units.
Prior to the implementation date of the School Concurrency proceas, Westbrooke Homes at
Boynton (FKA "The Jefferson") was approved by the City of Boynton Beach for 340
apartment units. The reduction in the number of units proposed for this residential
development will be of no additional impact to the school system.
Attached please find the approved Palm Beach County School District No Impact Application

Based on our review, the Traffic Division has determined that the revised development
plan and the build-out extension for the previously approved project meets the Traffic
Performance Standards of Palm Beach County. It is suggested that the City implement
proper measures, through signing or stripping, to enhance safety at the project access
driveway, with emphasis on the southbound Congress Avenue traffic, turning left. onto
the site. No building permits are to be issued by the town. after the build-out date.
specified above. The County traffic concurrency approval is subject to the Project
Aggregation Rules set forth in the Traffic Performance Standards Ordinance.

onto the site. No building permits are to be issued by the town, after the build-out date.
