Dear Mr. Ballbe:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed
to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the additional shadowbox fences
proposed on the revised plans date stamped 12/16/03 are "minor", as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to
the following condition(s):
. The applicant shall provide a Hold Harmless agreement to the City of Boynton Beach for the
proposed fencing with the utility easement; and
. The proposed fencing placed within the drainage easement may not block overland runoff.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please

a. 6' Shadow-box fences have been added to the side of the buildings to enclose side yard.
