This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to the following condition(s): . The applicant shall provide a Hold Harmless agreement to the City of Boynton Beach for the proposed fencing with the utility easement; and . The proposed fencing placed within the drainage easement may not block overland runoff. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit.
