The foIlowing changes to the plan are approved as foIlows: . Modification to the entry columns; and . Replace the designated "B"-option unit on page A-4.0 of the original site plan with "c" unit as shown on the revised plans. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit.
