Dear Mr. Perry:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the replacement canopy as shown on
the revised plans date stamped 02/20102 represents a "minor" change, as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to
the following conditions:
1. The proposed canopy shall not exceed the existing canopy dimensions (53 feet - 5 inches by 25
feet);
2. The proposed canopy color must match the main wall color of the principal structure (Sherwin
Williams #2045 Boulevard Beige);
3. If canopy lighting is proposed then said lighting must be recessed in order to avoid excessive glare.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please
