Florida, The proposed site plan consists of approximately 30.000 square feet of office space. no more than 14.800 square feet of general commercial retail (10.000 of which is on the frrst floor of the office building). and an approximately 14,490 square fool pharmacy with drive-in, The site is currently occupied by an approximately 8.000 square foot drive-in bank, which is to be demolished, Kimley.Hom and Associates, Inc, was retained to prepare an update to a traffic impact analysis initially prepared for the project in March 2001. This document presents the methodology used and the fmdings of these analyses, The traffic impact analysis was conducted in accordance with the updated Traffic Performance Standards of Palm Beach County, The analysis used current data available from Palm Beach County.
