As a condition of site plan approval, the following comments should
be incorporated into the related documents by the applicant:

1. Curbing is required around all landscaped areas adjacent to
parking stalls.
2, A handicapped sign, in compliance with D.G.T. standards, is
required for the handicapped parking stall.
3. A rinse shower is required within 15 feet of the pool edge.
The following comments are for the applicant's information:
In order to facilitate the permitting process, the following documents
should be submitted in duplicate to the Building Department for review
at the time permits are applied for.
1. Copies of permits from all applicable government agencies
i.e. Palm Beach County Health Department, Department of Natural
Resources, Army Corps of Engineers, etc.
2. Copy of lease document for the submerged land lease.
3. Complete plans for all proposed construction, signed and sealed
by the relevant design professionals.
NOTE: Separate permits are required for the swimming pool, paving,
deck, fence, site lighting and dock facilities.
The applicant's prompt compliance with the preceding comments will
insure a timely permitting process.

as to the size of hedge plants, quantities, spacing, etc.

and any damage to the existing or newly planted seedlings should be
addressed by the developer.

As a result of our on-site meeting on 1/B/87, the
entrance of the pier will be shifted to the south
approximately 15 feet, at the above referenced project.
This change will be made to avoid destroying an
existing cluster of mangroves and at the request of the
adjacent property owners. Per our conversation on 1/8/87,
this will be a minor change and will not request a new
submi ttal.

Dear David:
Enclosed are two (2) signed and sealed copies of a
revised submerged lands survey for this project. The
revisions are shown on sheets 2 and 4, and consist of the
deletion of the fingerpiers from the structure. The basic
dock layout and pre-empted area have not changed. These
revisions were necessary to resolve the Fish and Wildlife
Service's jeopardy opinion for this project.

The submerged land survey for this project was
previously approved on 1/30/86. I hope that these minor
changes to the survey can be quickly approved. My contact
with the corps of Engineers indicates that their permit will
be issued in the next few weeks. I will forward a copy to
you as soon as I receive it, so you can proceed with
processing the land lease.
