In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the proposed changes to the fa~ade as
shown on the revised plans date stamped 01/29/02 are minor as defined within the Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised
that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact me at (561)

Dear Ms. Galav:
Enclosed please find 4 copies of the revised elevations for proposed Mobil Station
renovation of the existing Citco Gas Station. We have changed the colors back to the
previously approved colors per your request.
Please note that although we are not changing color, we have added some stucco bands
on the walls to enhance the elevations. In addition, for security reasons, we have added a
knee wall under the window glass on the North side of the East elevation in the area of
the cashier; the glass above the knee wall is bullet proof.
On the previously approved elevations we indicated a "MOBIL" building sign, the
owners will like to request a change to "EASY GOING" for the name of the convenience
store. The new sign is also shown on the revised elevations.
We hope that this change meets with your approval.
