This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit. We have changed the colors back to the previously approved colors per your request. Please note that although we are not changing color, we have added some stucco bands on the walls to enhance the elevations. In addition, for security reasons, we have added a knee wall under the window glass on the North side of the East elevation in the area of the cashier; the glass above the knee wall is bullet proof. On the previously approved elevations we indicated a "MOBIL" building sign, the owners will like to request a change to "EASY GOING" for the name of the convenience store.
