Please be advised that the new portion of the canopy over the gas pumps must meet the minimum 20 foot front yard setback requirement along US.l and be the same height as the existing canopy. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit. We are also enclosing 4 sets of plans and a check for $100.00 per your instructions. The proposed renovation will consist of the following: 1. Eliminate 3 repair/service bays and convert the entire building into a convenience store. The floor plan and building elevations will be modified and upgraded to accomplish this change. 2. Provide a 7 foot landscape buffer along the north property line next to W oolbrite Road. 3. Re-stripe the parking spaces and add a couple of spaces to meet the City's parking requirements. This requires the relocation of the trash enclosure. 4. . Replace the canopy over the gas pumps. The new canopy will not be attached to the building. Once the renovation is completed the gas branding will be changed from Citgo to Mobil. Please feel free to contact mew if you have any questions regarding the application.
