Dear Mr. Van Rens:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the 88 square-foot building addition
and the landscape changes as shown on the revised plans date stamped 01/17/02 are "minor", as
defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to
the following conditions:
1. Project must comply with the original Conditions of Approval as approved by the City
Commission (see attached),
2. Modify the landscape plan tabular data so that the number of Ixora, Ligustrum, and Viburnum
match their respective graphic representation- (124 IXO, 64 L1G, 43 VIB).
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please

8. Pursuant to Variance Case Number 236, the note on the site plan referencing said X
variance should indicate that the driveway will be minimum 64 feet, not 54 feet from
the intersecting rights-of-wav lines.
9. As shown on the site plan, the monument sign shall be a maximum 12 feet overall X

10. All above ground mechanical equipment such as exterior utility boxes, meters, and X
transformers, shall be visually screened. The back-flow preventer shall be painted to
match the color of the building (Chanter 9, Section 10.C.4.\.
11. The proposed Ixora hedges located in the landscape buffers adjacent to Woolbright X
Road and Congress A venue rights-of-way shall be a minimum of 24 inches in height,
24 inches in spread and planted with tip-to-tip spacing immediately after planting.
The hed.e shall be maintained at four i4) feet (Chanter 7.5, Article II, Section S.D.).

The architect increased lhe building area by making the store front windows flush
with the walls to comply with the ExxonMobil standard. The modified
architectural floor plan was submitted m the City Commission package, but the
sile plan dId not reflect the change. 1berefore, we are requesting this
modification to amend the approved site plan and clarifY the disagreement
l,etween the plans approved at the Clty ComIlUsslOn.

RE: Minor Site Plan Modification Request
Mobil on the Run, NW Corner of Congress and Woolbright Avenues
Dear Mr. Rumpf:
Please consider this correspondence a formal request for a Minor Site Plan
Modification. Kimley-Horn is requesting a modification to the above referenced
project to increase the square footage of the building by approximately 88 square
feet or from 2,800 s.f. to 2,888 s.f.. These changes have come about due to the
finalization of the architectural construction drawings.
Kimley-Horn and Associates is requesting a minor modification to the approved
site plan on the basis that the requested increase in square footage is less than 5%
of the original approved footprint. The increase in square footage is proposed in
the vicinity of the main entrance. Previously a portion of the wall on either side of
the main entrance was set back from the building face, the proposed modification
to the floor plan makes the entire front wall flush, adding approximately 88 square
feet.
Additionally in this area the size of the mechanical pad has increased to comply
with code requirements for air conditioning unit separation. Additional
landscaping in this area has been provided for screening of the mechanical pad.
Changes to the landscaping/screening are shown on the attached revised
landscape plans.
We are including 4 copies of the revised site plan, landscaping plan, floor plan
and a check for the fee of$lOO with this letter. We are also including 4 copies of
the survey for your use.
