Dear Mr. Adinolfe:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that a second monument sign shown on
the revised plans date stamped OS/24/02 IS "minor", as defined within the Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan RevIew. In addition, this request for minor site plan modification
will serve as the official revision to the subject property's sign program.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to
the following conditions:
1. The proposed location for the new monument SIgn may not be permItted within the utility
easement;
2. If the scope of the project demands removal of plant material then the removal and replacement
of existing / new plant material is subject to review and approval of the City Forester /
Environmentalist;
3. The base of the new monument sign must have groundcover consistent with Chapter 7.5,
Article 2, Section 5.0;
4. The finish and colors of the proposed monument sign must be consistent with the finish and
colors of the existing Newport Place monument sign. The recommended colors of the.
proposed monument sign are as follows;
a. Light Beige Exterior to match building color
b. White exterior latex (optional)
c. Teal Vinyl Avery (A5615-0 or equal)
d. Black Vinyl Avery (A5090-0 or equal)
5. In order to match the principle Newport Place sign, the proposed font style for this sign shall be
italicized for the words that read "Health Care Center".
