In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modifications
proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the proposed 625
square-foot building addition as shown on the reviscd plans date stamped 02/22/01 is "minor", as
defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application
subject to the condition that the exterior walls of the proposed building addition are to be painted
to match the color of the existing building. Be advised that the proposed change may require a
modification to the building permit. Please contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you have additional

I am leasing 4250 feet of space in the Boynton Beach Plaza for the
purpose of a grocery store.
I would like to put an addition on the rear of the building with three
Walk-in freezers for the store refrigeration.
Will you please review the Site Plan and let me know if it is okay
with the city of Boynton to have them installed in that location.
