Dear Ms. Brinkman:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval ofthe modification proposed
to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the phasing changes proposed on
the revised plans date stamped 06/12/03 is "minor", as defined within the Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. This project may continue to be processed by the Building
Division as a permit application subject to the following condition:
. Construction for Phase II will begin within 30 days of the completion of Phase 1. Seeding of
the area covered under Phase II will not be required at this time. The applicant agrees to
have the general contractor water the area as needed at any time to prevent blowing soil from
being carried off of the site.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please

Dear Mr. Rumpf,
Attached please find four sets ofthe revised site plan, landscape plan, and civil engineering plans for
the above referenced project. These plans are submitted for the purpose of requesting a minor
modification to the site plan approved by the City Commission on January 21,2003. As you will
recall, one minor modification to the site plan has previously been approved on the project on March
21, 2003 which reduced square footage. The purpose of this request is for approval to phase the
project by constructing the northern building first, and the southern building at a later date as leasing
and marketing conditions dictate.
The following modifications have been made to the plan:
. The site plan tabular information has been revised to indicate the phasing information.
. A phase line has been added to the site plan, landscape plan, and civil plans.
. Permanent and temporary Type "D" curbing has been depicted to separate Phase I from
Phase II.
. The landscape plans have been revised to indicate the landscape to be installed in Phase I
versus Phase II.
Please be aware that the developer is proposing to install all underground infrastructure during Phase
1. Therefore, the phase line as shown on the civil plans is placed to delineate between the phases from
a standpoint of paving and to indicate the installation of curbing between the phase lines. The
developer is also proposing to clear the entire site as part of the first phase. It is understood that once
the first building is built, the project's development order is vested.
