recorded in Plot Book 46, Pages 126 and 127, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florido.
Said 50 foot easement, being 24.50 feet on the south side and 25.50 feet on the north side
of the following described line;
COMMERCE at the southwest corner of said Parcel 3B; thence N02"21'32"E, along the
west line of said Parcel 3B, 20.56 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of soid line;
thence S88'32'20"E, olong said line, 742.10 feet to the POINT OF TERMINATION.
Soid point being on the westerly line of an existing plotted 30 foot Ingress/Egress
ond Utility Eosement.
Sidelines of soid easement will lengthened or shortened to be common with existing west
line of soid Parcel 3B and the said west line of the existing 30 foot Ingress/Egress
and Utility Eosement.
Said land lying in Palm Beoch County, Florida.

Attached please find a revised instrument for the replacement ingress/egress easement to the south
of Lot 3B. The easement was previously revised to a 50' width per David Kelley's
. recommendation. Since that time, the buyer and seller have agreed that the 'extra foot' should be
added to the north side of the easement, rather than six inches (6") being added to the north and
