Modification of Building Address signage to reflect 12" Blue Helvetica Minnesota Series, Injection Molded, Pin MOWlted Letters, Non-Illuminated, positioned on the north elevation fascia (as depicted on the attached drawing); and . Modification of Tenant signage to reflect 10" Blue Helvetica Minnesota Series, Injection Molded, Pin Mounted Letters, Non-Illwninated, centered on the fascia above the tenant(s) bay(s) (as depicted on the attached drawing). Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 08/07/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review, This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following conditions: 1. The proposed modification to the signage plan remains within the approved amoWlt of square footage originally approved, Be advised that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit.
