In response to your request dated August 6, 2003 for the administrative review and approval of the
modifications proposed to the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Modification of Building Address signage to reflect 12" Blue Helvetica Minnesota Series,
Injection Molded, Pin MOWlted Letters, Non-Illuminated, positioned on the north elevation fascia
(as depicted on the attached drawing); and
. Modification of Tenant signage to reflect 10" Blue Helvetica Minnesota Series, Injection
Molded, Pin Mounted Letters, Non-Illwninated, centered on the fascia above the tenant(s) bay(s)
(as depicted on the attached drawing).
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 08/07/03 are "minor"
as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review, This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The proposed modification to the signage plan remains within the approved amoWlt of square footage
originally approved,

L This is in reference to the above subject. Currently on record the apprm'ed sign program for
Lot 17 requires the address to be fabricated aluminum on '/4' minimum stand,offs, color to
match Blue Lotus #55730. In addition, the tenant signage is stated as cabmet style; white
cabinet with blue lettering to match Blue Lotus #55730. As discussed m the above
referenced meeung, the following information is requested and prodded:
