Dear Mr. Beasley:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval ofthe modification proposed
to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the changes as shown on the
revised plans date stamped 04/07/03 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. The following changes to the plan are approved as
follows:
. Addition of an overhead door in the rear of the building; and
. Addition of double doors on the side of the building.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised
that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact me at (561)

To Whom it may concern:
Please accept this letter as an application for a Minor Site Plan Modification. The
building is all existing the alterations being proposed are only an addition of an overhead
door in the rear and the addition of a double swing door on the side of the building. Also
after the removal of the attached old house, we must close the existing openings. Those
openings are to be blocked up and stucco to match the existing remaining building. No
changes are to be made to alter the overall look ofthe existing building.
