On the wastewater lateral side, two (2) cleanouts are required in the correct orientation, one being at the 450 elbow after the grease trap area, and one on the correct exit side of the next 450 elbow. 5. At the connection to the existing 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer, direct connection to the manhole is not permitted. FIRE Comments: None BUILDING DIVISION Comments: 17. Buildings, structures and parts thereof shall be designed to withstand the minimum wind loads of 140 mph. Wind forces on every building or structure shall be determined by the provisions of Chapter 6 of ASCE 7, and the provisions of Section 1606 (Wind Loads) of the 2001 FBC. Calculations that V are signed and sealed by a design professional registered in the state of Florida shall be submitted for review at the time of permit aonlication. 18.
