Dear Eric:
Within the last ten (10) days, Kma Investment Properties, LLC assigned its Contract
to AlB, LLC and AlB, LLC closed on the property so that it is now the fee simple owner.
Accordingly, the owner of the land is now AlB, LLC. Simultaneously, Kma Investment
Properties, LLC assigned its interest in a Ground Lease to AlB, LLC as Landlord. The tenant
of the Ground Lease is Autozone, Inc., a Nevada corporation.
Kma Investment Properties, LLC includes as one of its principals, Mr. Dale Goldstein
who is also a principal of AlB, LLC. Mr. Wade Davis and Mr. William D. Gilmor are officers
of Autozone, Inc.
We ope this information is sufficient for the purposes of updating the application. If
a need addition documentation, do not hesitate to contact me.
