City of Boynton Beach shall be reviewed by the various boards, commissions, staff personnel and other parties
designated, appointed or employed by the City of Boynton Beach, and any such party reviewing the same shall

To Whom It May Concern:
Parcel F of Grove Plaza is part of a master drainage system for the entire Grove Plaza
development. The proposed design meets the master drainage plan requirements except
for Parcel F will create additional storage thru swales in lieu of exfiltration trench. The
site has been designed to meet the existing South Florida Water Management permit
parameters and the City of Boynton Beach drainage criteria.

GROUND LEASE
THIS GROUND LEASE (the "Ground Lease") is made and entered into as of the 19th day
of September, 2003, by and between Kma Investment Properties, LlC, a Rorida limited liability
company ("LandlOrd"), and AutoZone, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Tena!J!"). The following
