Dear Mr. Katz:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the
modifications proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed
that converting the existing office space into a new restaurant use as shown on the revised
plans date stamped 06/25/01 is "minor", as defined within the Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
The project is in compliance with current parking requirements pursuant to recently
adopted Ordinance No. 01-030. This project may continue to be processed by the
Building Division as a permit application. Be advised that the proposed changes may

Dear Mr. Mike Rumpf
Thank you for reviewing the site plan associated with 405 East Ocean Ave. As
discussed, the site plan requests a Restaurant/Cafe with outside seating.
Please consider this letter as an "understanding" to allow the permit to proceed with the
required review process in expectation that the "Parking Fee in lieu of' ordnance that is
scheduled for July 3rd will pass second reading. We understand that this project will have
to adhere to the July 3rd ordnance outcome.
Thanks again for the assistance and allowing this permit to proceed in a timely manner.
