This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to the following conditions: 1. If the scope of the project demands removal of plant material then the new plant material is subject to review and approval of the City Forester / Environmentalist. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. It shows a truck that backs into the dumpster, not a front loader like PW has. I spoke to her yesterday regarding the required back-up space and that the way the dumpster structure is oriented will require backing and manuevering to access the east dumpster and backing up from the east dumpster. I told Kari that its still a concern and that I am including the comment as part of obtaining their permit. As you can recall, First Southern Bank is proposing dumpsters to be located at the rear of the site (I showed you the plans last Friday). The fax that Kari sent me (she copied you also), show how the angle of the dumpsters, as proposed, would not be a hindrance to the garbage truck when removing trash. Did you ever get the fax or do you want me to make you a copy? I'm in the process of typing up an approval letter but I want to clear this dumpster enclosure angle issue with you first. The initial site plan that was approved by the City of Boynton Beach's Planning & Zoning Department did not include a separate dumpster area for the Phase II building, and instead there was only one dumpster area shown at the northeast comer of the property. The Owner would like us to incorporate at this time a second dumpster enclosure to be located just south of the Phase II building. This (2) dumpster enclosure would be constructed of concrete block, finished with stucco, and painted to match the exterior of the Phase 1 and Phase II buildings.
