The following list of trees, shrubs and hedges have been installed along the south, west, and east sides of the dumpster. SDecies Size Quantitv Sabal Palm trees 14'-16' tall 6 Yellow Tabebuia trees 10' tall 2 Foxtail Palm trees 12'-14'tall 3 Crape Myrtle trees 12'-14' tall 3 Crinum Lily shrubs 4'-5' tall 2 Eugenia hedges 4'-5'tall 22 Xanadu shrubs 1'tall 25 The majority of the above trees, shrubs and hedges are placed in close proximity to each other along the south and west sides of the dumpster wall and provide a landscape screen to hide the enclosure from the Leisurville line of sight. In addition, a row of Foxtail Palm trees were relocated on the site along the south wall north of the dumpster to grow up and have the tree canopies screen the second story windows from the Leisurville line of sight. I had sent a project update e-mail to Nancy on August 7, 2003 outlining the 4 items the project owner was initiating to complete as requested by Leisurville, over the ensuing six weeks. I will continue to inspect the site for completion of the 4 items and send a final project completed e-mail to you. Thanks. Kevin. Woolbright - Medical Building Nancy, Mike, The Leisurville Homeowner Association project final approval landscape items have all been completed on the site and on the adjoining Leisurville property. There are two dead Sabal Palm trees and two large dead Crape Myrtle trees (removed from the South side of the newly constructed dumpster wall enclosure) on the site that must be replaced by the owner. One of the project adjoining Leisurville residents ( Rich Valentino) who received a P & D sign variance letter from the City wants to have tall landscape materials placed around the proposed sign (if approved) to hide the sign from his view. He lives in Leisurville South of the proposed sign location in view of the ingress to the newly constructed building. He also views the dumpster for the newly constructed building that has had additional landscape materials placed along the South side of the dumpster wall enclosure. He as an individual is not in support of the sign variance and may attend the P & o meeting to speak in opposition. Thanks. Woolbright - Medical Building Mike & Kevin, The CM's office is looking for closure on this project. I see in the building permit software that they have received their building finals. I'm assuming they have successfully completed the additional landscaping the residents were looking for, but what about the variance that was discussed for a second sign? Is that still floating out there or is this site finally ready to be "put to bed?" All of the proposed trees on the site landscape plan had to be shown as 3" diameter breast height-she said ok. 2. The 4 proposed 20'-25' Mahogany trees along the West buffer must be shown as to the number of trunk inches at DBH-would be approximately 8"-12"-she said ok 3. There were a few other minor items of showing details on the landscape plan-she said ok I do not think Susan had any real concerns that we needed to discuss further to delay the permit approval. There are two dead Sabal Palms on the property and some dead Floritam sod near the newly built dumpster. 2. There are two dead large Crape Myrtle trees that were removed from along the South side the newly built dumpster that have not been replaced with matching trees in the same location. 3. There is a complaint from one of the adjacent Leisurville resident that a commercial landscape truck (CRJ Property Service. #561-499-2777) containing the two dead large Crape Myrtle trees has been parked on the same site parking lot spot for over two weeks and the dead trees pose a fire hazard to the resident. 4. The company in item # 3 above does not have an occupational license in the City of Boynton Beach. 5. There was a large White tent being erected between the two site buildings. 6. I was not contacted to perform the final landscape { irrigation landscape inspection on the West side of the newly constructed building after the MRI Specialist construction was completed by this tenant. The tenant was to replace all of the originally installed trees {landscape shown on the West side of the approved shell building landscape plan. Thanks.
