Dear Mr. Rumpf,
We have submitted a Site Plan for this property, which was approved and a subdivision plat, currently
under review by the city engineer. It became apparent that an existing utility easement in favor of the
city was in conflict with the proposed build configuration, We are submitting this request to abandon
the easement within the project and will be granting replacement easements by the plat being reviewed.
We have spoken to Mr. Kelley about this matter and he suggested that we file this application.
