Also, there will be no City Commission meeting on March 4th, it will be canceled, Our first birthday is this month which is Margelly's birthday, It falls on 2/25 so on 2/20 we will celebrate at our staff meeting, Before staff starts, we need to get the birthday wishes over and cake cut so we can much at the meeting, If we do them after it is too late since it is almost time to go home and we don't want Eric to be hungry during our meetings, Right Eric! Almost forgot, need time sheets this week, IJal 1 March 03, 2003 4 To Whom It May Concern: I am the owner of three properties in Boynton Beach, Florida. I am pleased with the redevelopment of the Downtown Area. However, I feel it will defeat the "Beautification" purpose to allow a relief from the sixty (60) foot minimum lot frontage and construct a single family house, to be placed on a lot frontage of fifty (50) feet. According to the City of Boynton Beach Land Development Regulations, Chapter 2, Zoning, Section 5.F.2.a/5.E.2.a I am also requesting that we keep the existing setbacks for a single family residence at ten (10) feet, according to Chapter 2, Zoning, Section 5.F.2.a. This is in reply to the letter I received from the COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD of the CITY of BOYNTON BEACH. Please reconsider these variances from our own Zoning Regulations. Downtown is the only area left with "property" around the houses. I do not want to change our existing street into a zero (0) lot line area.
