The proposed facility is located on the south side of Commerce Drive, east of High Ridge Road, between Gateway Boulevard and Hypoluxo Road as shown in Figure 1. The proposed project involves the construction of a 17,384 square foot (SF) warehouse facility. The total trip generation calculation for the proposed project equates to 8 AM peak hour and 9 PM peak hour trips. Refer to Tables 1, 2, and 3 for traffic generation information used to develop this data.
