Re: MAKINER'S WAY SITE PLAN MODIFICATION
Dear Mr. vecchione:
please be advised that on June 16, 1987, the City commission
approved the referenced site plan Modification, subject to staff
comments, copies of which are attached. After you have amended
your plans to reflect these stipulations, please ~ave the appro-
priate Department Heads initial the attached check-off sheet,
prior to your submission to the Building Department for permits.
The approval of the city entitles you to construct only the
improvements shown on the site plan. The site plan will be
viewed procedurallY as an as-built or record drawing. Also, all
capital facilities fees and road impact fees, if applicable, are
payable at the time of permit.
If you have any questions concerning,this matter, please do not
hesitate to contact me.

These comments pertain to the landscaping plan for the above project:
1. The applicant should have a written statement from the Palm Beach
County Health Department reflecting that construction of the two
story screen enclosures will not have any adverse effects on
existing mangroves~
2. The type of irrigation system to be installed should be noted on
the landscape plan as well as the type of hedge and sod.

The enclosed application includes the following modifications
to the existing site plan:
1. The addition of individually owned boat docks.
(17 Docks)
2. Rear patios to be extended 6 feet except unit Nos. I &2
which will be extended 12 feet.
3. All rear patios to have screen enclosures.
4. In addition, we are applying for a landscaping
modification due to Florida Power & Light requesting
that we do not plant palm trees under existing power
lines.

This letter constitutes authorization from Department of the Army,
Corps of Engineers to construct a private reSidential dock, The
permitted structure Is described as a three (3) ft. wide, eight
ft, (8) foot long catwalk connecting a "T"-end, four (4) foot wide
by twenty (20) ft, long. The proposal will be located at 638 N.E.
12th Ave" Boynton Beach, Florida.
Section 22, Township 45S, Range 43E
The project as proposed is authorized by General Permit SAJ-09, a
copy of which Is enclosed for your Information and Use, You are
authorized to proceed with the project In accordance with the
enclosed drawings and subject to all conditions o~ the permit.
This letter of authorization does not obviate the necessity to
obtain any other federal, state or local permits which may be
required, No dredging or filling Is authorized by this letter.
