. Part of the proposed project is described as 103,885 SF of "Industrial", analyzed
as "Warehouse" in the trip generation analysis, please clarify and revise report.
. Use of the 110% redevelopment credit does not seem justified for this project
unless the existing structure is to be demolished, please clarify.
. Approximate 5% internalization between the proposed two uses is not justified,
no internalization may be applied.
