Heyden Assistant City Planner RE: Ridgeway Plumbing Administrative Site Plan Modification Staff Comments 1. On sheet S-l, the new paved area is shown extended to the edge of the property line. The code requires a minimum two and one-half foot landscaped strip between paved areas and adjacent property lines, planted with a hedge and irrigated. Article II, Section 7.5-35(e), Section 7.5-33(b)3 and Section 7.5-35(c)4. 2. In the M-l zoning district, storage areas must be screened.
