Haag, Zoning & Site Development Administrator RE: SHOPPES OF BOYNTON - CHANGE ELEVATION OF BUILDING AND REARRANGE TENANT WALLS Upon review of the above mentioned project, the following comments must be addressed in order to conform with Boynton Beach City Codes: (9iL 1 . c/- 2. ?,JL 3. aiL 4. {JjL 5. (')/.-.G. oiL 7. All plans must show consistency in identifying location and number of handicapped parking spaces. Identify color of all exterior finish material. (:;.<1' (n(or.Jo; P(0!~~'~ Identify type and color of material proposed for the circular accents, louvered entrance transoms and walkway columns shown on the elevation drawings. Show the location of the handicapped ramps leading to the theater from the handicapped parking spaces. All plans submitted for public record and prepared by a design professional shall show original raised seal (legible) and signature of the Florida registered design professional responsible for the drawings. Show unobstructed cross visibility area and space through the required site perimeter landscape strip at both sides of all ingress and egress driveways. The cross visibility area and space is shown by placing and dimensioning, on the site landscape plan drawing, a ten foot (10') isosceles right angle triangle with the right angle on the property line at the edge of the driveway and landscape strip and completing the remainder of the triangle into unobstructed landscaping and stating that the vertical space within this area is clear of landscape material between thirty inches (30") and six feet (G'). Show unobstructed cross visibility area and space through the required site perimeter landscaping at the corner of the property (where two adjacent public right-of-ways intersect). The cross visibility area and space is shown by placing and dimensioning, on the site landscape plan drawing, a thirty-five foot (35') isosceles triangle at the corner of the property line where the intersection is located and completing the remainder of the triangle into . In order to facilitate the permitting process, the following information should be included within your documents submitted to the Building Department for required permits: 1. All signage must comply with the Boynton Beach sign Ordinance and/or approved sign program. 2.
