RE: Color modifications as proposed.
PROJECT: T.G.I.Friday's at Oakwood Plaza
D..ar Mr. Haag:
Attached herewith, for your records and comment, please find our
sketch of a typical pilaster and freeze. This indicates that we are
changing the "linen" color above the (lower) "linen" band around the
building to the pink shade (previously approved) which matches the
remainder of the building.
All other colors, as indicated on the attached sketch remain
unchanged. Unless we hear from you to the contrary, we will assume
that you have no objection to this minor modification.

RE: Oakwood Square Paint Colors
Dear Mike:
The Community Appearance Board approved the pink color for the re-painting of
Oakwood Square in the form of a color chip from Benjamin Moore Paints. Our painter had
this chip matched by the MAB Paint Company, and used this paint, rather than using the
Benjamin Moore paint, because he already had an account set up with this company. He
then proceeded to paint the center with the MAB paint.
Friday's has elected to use the Benjamin Moore Paint, and have proceeded to paint their
buildmg with a first coat using tbls color, against our advice, since we wanted all the paint at
the center to match exactly, There Is a slight difference between the Benjamin Moore chip
and the MAB match, The colors are very similar, and only with the closest inspection would
the difference be apparent, and probably not noticeable by the general public, however,
they are not exact. Therefore, we believe it Is In the best interest of the center that all paint
colors match and would like your authorization to utilize the same MAB paint on the
Friday's parcel which has already been used throughout the property, thereby maintaining a
continuity of color,
We feel the paint is an important issue given the extensive landscaping and other high
quality workmanship involved in the improvement of the square, turning around a property
that was becoming an eyesore to the community.
Inasmuch as Friday's is soon to paint the second coat, I would appreciate a faxed reply
today, or if you need further information or have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,

RE: TGI Friday's Restaurant, Oakwood Square, Boynton Beach
PERMIT NO.: 91-00001041 ~u/
Dear Mr. Johnson:
Please be advised that because of a computation error on the Civil
Engineering drawing, the actual distance between the Friday's slab and
the Perkins building is incorrect.
This however, does not effect the Friday's slab in any way. The
building will be laid out in the location exactly where it is
proposed. Rossi & Malvosi Engineers are in the process of getting a
new tie-in survey and updating there Civil drawings to accurately
reflect the location of the Perkins building. The new tie-in will
probably be taken off "R" building in Oakwood Square.
We appreciate your cooperation and assure you that we are working to
clear up this matter in a timely fashion.
Respectfully Submitted,
