Submit a copy of the cross access agreement to provide for the joint access aisles and driveways shown on the site plan prior to final sign-off for review by the City's legal staff. 2. For future reference, the parcel created to separate the restaurant from the First American Plaza parcel encompasses 10 existing parking spaces that have been used by First American Plaza. This reduces the surplus of parking spaces provided for First American Plaza from l4 to 4 parking spaces. This office building required 134 parking spaces when originally approved. 3. Dimension the loading zone provided to verify that it meets the minimum size requirement of 12 feet by 35 feet. Appendix A, Section ll.J.1. 4. The drainage plan does not meet the City's Comprehensive Plan, Policy 3B.2.3., 3B.2.4., 3B.2.7 and 4.2.9 and the Parking Lot Regulations, Section 5-l42(f) City Standards. The drainage system designed does not provide pretreatment of storm water. 5. The elevations and floor plans provided do not correspond to the building footprint on the site plan.
